(Glue Tip- If you keep the base plain, I recommend getting a super glue accelerator spray. Bob Smith Industries makes the one that I use. The Dr’s feet are difficult to glue since they’re small and in a line. Any detail you add to the base can be used to help glue him down instead. In my example, the textured snow made it easier to glue.)
